Very nice work. Nice use of color and composition. I think your proportions are a bit off though, especially at where the hip meets her right leg, and her head. The leg looks like it's disjointed forward from the hip. If you follow the that dark green line in her dress by her butt it looks like her leg should go forward, instead it goes up. The head has some really minor issues as well, like her ear is too big. The ear should end about where the nose ends, and be no higher than the brow line. Her forehead juts out a little much as well, it looks like you were going for a slight 3/4 view, but then her mouth looks more like a profile. Your shading is a bit off as well, it's not clear where the light source is. For instance there's a light under her breast, a shadow above, but then a shadow right below.

One last minor thing, might just be me, I kinda feel like we should get a sense of where her left arm is.

All in all it's a nice piece, and there's a lot that works really well. The pattern in the back is beautifully done.
